Built: 1902 - Architect J J Talbot Hobbs - Architectural style: Federation Warehouse.
The building was originally built for the shipping firm of Dalgety and Company Limited of London in 1902. Ownership of the building transferred to Elder Smith and Company Limited in 1927 and then in 1970 to Fremantle wine merchant Lionel Samson as a bond and liquor store. In 1983 part of the building was used as the well known "Fanny Samsons"
rug warehouse, before reverting again to a bond store prior to its redevelopment in 1997 into 13 luxury apartments.
